Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and material handling under supervisor guidance
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely (concrete mixers, jackhammers, etc.)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, concrete pouring, and installation tasks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and comply with OSHA safety protocols
- Inspect materials for quality and report defects to site supervisor
- Participate in emergency response drills and safety inspections
- Complete daily progress reports and maintain equipment logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction terminology
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and zero-accident record
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Denver metro
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Experience with concrete work or scaffolding a plus
