Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pours, rebar installations, and formwork with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts (certification provided)
- Install scaffolding and temporary structures following OSHA protocols
- Perform site preparation and earthmoving operations
- Conduct material handling and inventory management
- Complete daily safety inspections and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-trade teams on complex builds
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- OSHA 30-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
