Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, concrete pouring, and framing operations under night supervision
- Operate heavy machinery including skid steers and jackhammers with OSHA compliance
- Maintain organized material staging and job site cleanliness protocols
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and safety hazard reporting
- Collaborate with skilled trades (electricians, plumbers) for seamless project integration
- Adhere to strict blueprints and municipal building codes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Kansas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools and hand instruments
- Strong communication skills for shift handovers
