Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation and excavation tasks during night operations
- Handle material loading/unloading with heavy machinery operation
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols after dark
- Perform concrete finishing and structural framing under artificial lighting
- Conduct nightly site security and equipment inspections
- Collaborate with engineers on nocturnal construction phases

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid Class B CDL preferred
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
- Comfortable working in extreme nighttime conditions
- Experience with jackhammers and power saws
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites
