Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and earthmoving operations
- Handle material loading/unloading using heavy equipment forklifts
- Install temporary structures and safety barriers per OSHA standards
- Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and curing procedures
- Conduct nightly equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate daily work logs and progress reports
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme temperatures
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic blueprint reading experience preferred
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Flexible availability for rotating night schedules
