Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) during overnight operations
- Load/unload construction materials with precision and efficiency
- Prepare job sites including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Follow strict safety protocols for night shift operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex builds
- Perform quality checks on completed work before day shift handover
- Maintain equipment logs and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Texas Class A Driver's License preferred
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
- Availability for 12-hour overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
