Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site to ensure safety compliance.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy items.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols strictly.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety instructions when required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not strictly required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
