Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywall hanging, and general cleanup.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, ensuring proper handling and organization.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with site preparation.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers diligently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
