Responsibilities
- Assist in building foundations, frameworks, and structural components
- Operate hand/power tools and construction equipment under supervision
- Load/unload materials and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Support skilled trades with material preparation and site preparation
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks and basic repairs
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and end-of-day site reviews
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Availability for overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
