Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks and project requirements.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, skid steers, and concrete mixers as required.
- Perform site cleanup, including removing debris, sweeping, and organizing work areas.
- Measure, cut, and prepare building materials according to blueprints and specifications.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a secure job site.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction labor, landscaping, or general labor is preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends as needed.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety equipment.
