Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks during night shift hours
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, demolition, and finishing operations
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout shift rotations
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines and milestones
- Complete daily progress reports and equipment inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience or relevant trade certification
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Experience operating power tools and construction machinery
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) and weekends
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
