Responsibilities
- Excavate, lift, and transport construction materials using heavy machinery
- Assist skilled tradespeople with project-specific tasks
- Maintain clean and safe job sites following OSHA protocols
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and instructions
- Operate power tools and equipment under supervision
- Perform general site preparation and cleanup duties
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (7 PM - 5 AM)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment physical assessment
