Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (e.g., forklifts, jackhammers) with proper certifications
- Assist carpenters and masons with layout and installation work
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Manage waste disposal and site cleanup operations
- Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project milestones
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Class B CDL preferred (training provided if needed)
- Flexible availability for 8-12 hour night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math and measurement skills
