Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pours, structural framing, and demolition operations with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, skid steers) with OSHA certification
- Install MEP systems, drywall, and finish materials during overnight windows
- Conduct daily safety inspections and maintain OSHA compliance documentation
- Coordinate with shift supervisors to meet aggressive project milestones
- Manage material inventory and logistics for overnight construction zones
- Maintain equipment calibration logs and preventative maintenance schedules
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial construction experience with night shift exposure
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required
- Valid Class A CDL with HazMat endorsement preferred
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and BIM software (Revit/Navisworks)
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Texas Journeyman Carpenter or equivalent certification
- Pass DOT physical and random substance testing protocols
- Experience with tilt-up concrete and precast installation
