Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and earthwork operations following blueprints and safety protocols
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with precision and care
- Install and dismantle scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Mix concrete, pour foundations, and finish surfaces to specification
- Inspect materials and equipment for compliance with quality standards
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and heavy machinery
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic blueprint reading skills
