Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and material handling tasks under night-specific lighting conditions
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) with OSHA-certified precision
- Install concrete forms, rebar, and scaffolding structures with millimeter accuracy
- Perform site cleanup and debris management to maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with skilled trades (electricians, plumbers) during critical installation phases
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and safety protocol verifications
- Adapt to dynamic work schedules with rotating shift assignments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience or equivalent trade apprenticeship
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid Class C driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and work in confined spaces
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM, Sun-Thurs)
- Proficiency with power tools (jackhammers, saws, drills)
- Basic blueprint reading and layout experience
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
