Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pouring, framing, and demolition tasks during night shift hours
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools safely
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Collaborate with skilled tradesmen (electricians, plumbers, welders)
- Perform site cleanup and waste management procedures
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications precisely
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Class B CDL or forklift certification preferred
- Flexible availability for 10-12 hour night shifts (6PM-6AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish a plus
