Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and concrete pouring operations
- Safely operate heavy machinery including forklifts and power tools
- Construct/install scaffolding, framing, and structural components
- Maintain job site cleanliness and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Read blueprints and technical drawings for accurate implementation
- Assist skilled tradespersons with material handling and equipment setup
- Perform night shift inspections and quality control checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexible availability for 10-hour night shifts (6PM-4AM)
- Basic blueprint reading knowledge
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Experience with power tools preferred
