Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, site preparation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled trades with equipment setup and teardown
- Maintain clean and organized job site per OSHA standards
- Read and interpret construction blueprints and instructions
- Participate in safety briefings and adhere to all protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Strong work ethic and team collaboration skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
