Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and concrete mixers
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling operations
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, and equipment maintenance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Collaborate with crew leads and engineers to meet construction deadlines
- Inspect and maintain tools/equipment for optimal performance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and construction terminology
- Reliable transportation to Mesa industrial sites
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
