Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and concrete placement per blueprints
- Safely operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and concrete pumps
- Install and dismantle scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job site inventory systems
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and hazardous material handling
- Adhere to OSHA standards and maintain daily safety inspection logs
- Collaborate with skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, welders) for seamless project delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement preferred
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and work in extreme conditions
- Proficient with power tools (jackhammers, saws, drills)
- Basic blueprint reading and layout experience
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
