Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts, jackhammers) with precision and safety
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete pouring, framing, and finish work
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and job-site regulations
- Perform cleanup and debris removal to maintain organized workspaces
- Read and interpret blueprints to support construction accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor or skilled trades experience
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment operation skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement proficiency
- Drug-free workplace compliance required
