Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and material handling under night shift supervision
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) and power tools following OSHA safety protocols
- Inspect job sites for hazards and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) to ensure project timelines
- Read blueprints and technical specifications to execute tasks accurately
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and safety checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience or trade school certification
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards
- Experience with hand/power tools and heavy machinery operation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during overnight hours
