Responsibilities
- Assist with Site Operations: Support the crew with daily construction tasks, including site preparation, cleanup, and basic carpentry assistance.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize building materials, tools, and supplies at the job site efficiently.
- Safety Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under the supervision of experienced staff members.
- Site Maintenance: Perform trash removal, debris clearing, and general upkeep of the construction site to ensure project standards are met.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team leads and other laborers to ensure smooth workflow during night shifts.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for candidates who are eager to learn the trade.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM) including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
- Reliability: Must have a strong work ethic and be punctual for all scheduled shifts.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic Math: Ability to perform basic measurements and understand safety instructions.
