Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Complete daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required - we train everyone!
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various conditions
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites
