Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and debris removal
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction activities
- Complete daily assignments efficiently and meet productivity targets
- Participate in pre-shift safety briefings and equipment checks
- Adapt to varying weather conditions and project demands
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic understanding of construction site safety
