- Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout shift
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns to site supervisor
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Willingness to work nights (typically 6 PM - 6 AM) and weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
- Reliable transportation to job sites across LA County
- No prior construction experience necessary – training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Pass background check and drug screening
