Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation and cleanup duties
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Support skilled tradespeople with task execution
- Participate in overnight shift operations (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- No experience necessary – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Pass pre-employment physical/drug screen
- Commitment to 6-month minimum employment
