Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervisor guidance
- Maintain clean, organized job sites with proper waste disposal
- Follow strict OSHA safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Assist in equipment setup/teardown and temporary structure assembly
- Complete daily inspection reports and maintain equipment logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project efficiency
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – entry-level positions available
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM) with flexible scheduling
