Responsibilities
- Assist in loading/unloading construction materials and equipment
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision for cutting, digging, and demolition
- Maintain clean, organized job sites by clearing debris and hazardous materials
- Support skilled trades with prep work, material handling, and basic installations
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Participate in emergency response drills and site inspections
- Complete daily equipment checks and maintenance logs
Qualifications

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
