Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including material handling and equipment setup
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, loading/unloading materials, and debris removal
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Operate hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Support skilled trades with basic construction tasks
- Adhere to project schedules and team instructions

Qualifications

- Willingness to work night shifts (typically 7 PM - 7 AM)
