Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Load/unload construction equipment and supplies safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout shift
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain hazard-free zones
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Assist with temporary structure assembly and site setup
- Complete shift reports and communicate progress to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for measurement calculations
