Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic tools (shovels, wheelbarrows, jackhammers) safely
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain organized and hazard-free job sites
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Complete daily equipment checks and maintenance tasks
- Participate in trenching, excavation, and concrete work as directed
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Ability to stand/walk for 10+ hours
- Must provide own basic work boots
