Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation and cleanup activities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Support skilled tradesmen with material handling
- Perform trenching, shoveling, and manual labor tasks
- Participate in scaffold and temporary structure assembly
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid government-issued ID (required)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
