Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific procedures
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery (bobcat, forklift) with certification
- Manage material inventory and staging for next-day construction activities
- Perform site cleanup and waste management per environmental standards
- Document daily progress and report equipment maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Class B CDL or forklift certification preferred
- Reliable transportation and ability to work overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and stand for extended periods
