Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation under low-light conditions
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery (jackhammers, saws, etc.)
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific procedures
- Assist skilled trades with concrete work, demolition, and framing tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job site throughout shift
- Participate in pre-shift safety briefings and post-shift inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional crews for seamless project execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience required
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Experience with night shift operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of construction blueprints and measurements
- Strong communication skills and team mentality
