Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy equipment under supervision
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Assist skilled trades with concrete, framing, and finishing work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper waste disposal
- Complete shift handovers and progress documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex builds
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- Valid O-10 or O-53 Oregon contractor license preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Class B CDL or forklift certification a plus
- Availability for flexible night shift schedules (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Basic blueprint reading skills
