Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, concrete pouring, and structural framing tasks under site supervision
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, excavators, and power tools with certification
- Implement OSHA-compliant safety protocols for night shift operations
- Read and interpret technical blueprints for large-scale commercial projects
- Maintain equipment calibration and job site cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required
- Class B CDL license or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments with frequent lifting (up to 75 lbs)
- Experience with night shift operations in urban construction zones
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical screening
