Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Prepare work areas by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and directing traffic
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, electricians) with project tasks
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Maintain cleanliness of tools, equipment, and job sites
- Complete daily progress reports and time tracking documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid California driver's license required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM shifts, including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
