Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and accurately stage construction materials and equipment at the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, painting, and general cleanup.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform daily inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Adhere to project schedules and communicate progress to the site supervisor.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a night shift environment.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols (OSHA 10 preferred but not required).
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Antonio location.
