Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under low-light conditions
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Assist skilled tradesmen with layout, framing, and finishing work
- Monitor inventory and report equipment/material shortages
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for night shift operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or equivalent training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Availability for 10-hour shifts (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
