Responsibilities
- Assist in building foundations, scaffolding, and structural frameworks
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols for night operations
- Perform concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople on complex installations
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- 2+ years of construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Experience with power tools and heavy machinery
- Flexibility for extended night shift hours (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
