Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely under night-shift conditions
- Assist skilled tradespeople with installation and finishing work
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA guidelines
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control standards
- Complete daily progress reports and time tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction/labor experience
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Availability for consistent night shifts (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
