Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site cleanup operations
- Operate hand/power tools (jackhammers, saws, drills) safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled trades with excavation, concrete pouring, and framing tasks
- Maintain job site safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately
- Operate light machinery (forklifts, skid steers) with proper certification
- Complete shift reports and maintain equipment maintenance logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid O-10 certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Basic math skills for material calculations and measurements
- Strong work ethic and punctual attendance record
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
