Responsibilities
- Execute physical labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation under night shift conditions
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific hazard prevention measures

- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout shift rotations
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery with proper certifications

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (training provided if needed)
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (7 PM - 5 AM)
