Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and concrete pouring operations under supervision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and installation
- Perform site preparation and demolition tasks as required
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and safety inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction or heavy labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Class B CDL license or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement calculation skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Availability for flexible night shift schedule (6PM-6AM)
