Responsibilities
- Execute heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate power tools and equipment under nighttime conditions
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols

- Perform site cleanup and debris removal during shift hours
- Monitor material inventory and report equipment malfunctions

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid California driver's license
- Availability for 10-hour night shifts (6 PM - 4:30 AM)

- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
