Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pouring, foundation work, and structural framing under night supervision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts with precision
- Install scaffolding, safety barriers, and temporary site infrastructure
- Perform material handling and inventory management in low-visibility conditions
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job site standards
- Collaborate with engineers and skilled trades on complex night operations
- Document daily progress and report maintenance needs for equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience with night shift preference
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement preferred
- Proficient with power tools and construction machinery
- Reliable transportation to remote job sites
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
