Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pours, framing, and finishing tasks with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Perform site preparation and demolition work following OSHA standards
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily
- Collaborate with supervisors and tradespeople on complex builds
- Document daily progress and material usage
Qualifications
- 2+ years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Background in concrete, steel, or MEP systems preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible night schedules
