Responsibilities
- Execute precise site preparation, excavation, and material handling under night conditions
- Safely operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts
- Assist carpenters and masons with concrete pouring and framing tasks
- Maintain strict OSHA compliance and site cleanliness standards
- Perform safety inspections and report equipment malfunctions immediately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for demolition and installation tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction site experience required
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM schedule)
- Basic math skills for material estimation
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
